Actually, you will need to be careful that your stroller can fit. I have a 77TSI (has slightly more boot space due to not having the battery in the back) and our stroller only just fits. The door actually closes on it a bit but it squeezes in.
The stroller that we have is one of these:
Maclaren Vogue - Black/Champagne
It's a fantastic stroller and very light, which is handy for taking overseas but like I said, it only just fits in the boot.
Flash Red Polo 5dr 77TSi, DSG, Sports Pack, Comfort Pack, Audio Pack, Mats
More importantly, will a set of golf clubs fit in the boot?!?!
Just kidding... Got a couple of kids under 5 myself. I think it will be some time before I bother finding out the answer to the above question...

i have a rear facing baby seat fitted to my GTI. re boot space, we can only fit the pram in the boot and thats it, nothing else can fit into that space, we have a bugabo bee btw.
how about some racing hats for the kids to go with the seats
^..good grief. I feel sorry for you guys with young kids. Mine are all grown up..so my GTI will be a "kid free zone" .....just need them to move out of home now

Wondering if anyone has installed a rearward facing (baby) seat in their Polo GTI? If so, what make & model seat is it? I'm having great difficulties finding any that would fit in the car.
If you don't mind getting into the quagmire that is ISOFIX not being Australian Standards approved I'd recommend looking at a Euro ISOFIX ones (e.g.: Maxi Cosi Cabriofix is a rear facing 0-6 months one). They can be shipped from the UK for as little as 15£!
