The most agressive wheels people are driving are around: 18 inch 8J ET30 front, and 18" 9J ET30 rear.
Although i know 1 person to fit 19" but the wheel rotation really gets too big compared to stock
Hey guys,
Just wondering how aggressive you guys are going with your wheel fitment.
Was looking at running 17x8 +35 all around.
Just wondering what the little polo's are capable of![]()

There's a rumour that one of the 9N3 guys will be running 17X8 ET5 very shortly...so ET35 is pretty damn tame compared to that![]()

Can anyone confirm if the Golf R 18" Talladega wheels will bolt on to the Polo GTI or is the PCD different?
If not i'll be looking at aftermarket lightweight japanese rims with a staggered width and offset 8J +25 front & 9J + 30 on the rears..
Too aggressive or not aggressive enough?
