    2016 Polo GTI Speaker Upgrade

Any advice on a plug and play speaker replacement for the 6C without changing the head unit.
OEM is quite tinny sounding and i,m wondering if a place like Supercheap might have a speaker upgrade.
Probably avoid an amp too if possible.
    Thanks for any advice.

I just upgraded the speakers in my Golf to the Focal IS VW 155 range which are a drop in replacement (no modifications). This along with soundproofing the doors has made a noticeable difference in sound quality, clarity and additional bass.

Some pics of the speakers here: My Mk7 GTI PP....turns out I cant resist the VAG.

The factory speakers are pretty cheap and nasty.

According to the Focal website, the Polo uses the slightly larger IS VW 165 range.

If you decide to go with the Focal products, buy from UK/Europe as its about 2/3rd's of the price of buying locally. I got mine from a German ebay seller and they were nearly 1/2 the price of buying locally.

Nothing stopping you from buying Sony/Pioneer etc locally from Supercheap or a stereo shop though.
