It starts winding up after 4k and pulls like crazy to redline. Below that it feels like a nice little torquemobile


Edit: turn off the traction control with the button next to the stop /start. First and second gear will be usable then instead of robbed of power you'll feel a huge difference with it off

Thanks NuffNuff, glad to hear it winds up. Agree with the torquemobile, I'm happy with the torque at low revs as its great for daily use.
Oh yeh I have always kept traction control on, will consider turning it off, it actually doesn't completely turn off right?

Nice, even though they already look good in photos, I noticed Polo GTi's look much better in the flesh than photos for some reason.

Yep, just needs the tint put on. Due to work commitments we won't be picking it up until next Thursday. Our first VW so venturing into uncharted waters.

I think traction control turns off completely at a push of the button. But stability control remains on. I've spun up to forth gear so pretty sure traction control is off

You can go through the screen and do more, but I Donno Wtf the other option does. It resets what you do on the screen if you turn off the car or even push to traction button again

Makes a huge difference turning off by the button through. Spinning through second out of a roundabout is a laugh. Might not be the fastest way out but it's fun as hell. And keeps on steering where you want it

Have u held the button on the esp?? If u hold it a it longer I think it turns esp off as well
