Yeah mate, put them on an SD card, slap it in the car, go to radio/setup/station logos and set them all up.

Exploring the option of getting a used Polo GTI and just wondering do all MY16 models have the sport select suspension and RVC. It is just that some I have viewed on carsales that are said to be MY16 have no sport button on the dash.

VW updated the Polo GTI around this time last year, they added the adaptive dampers (sports mode), reverse camera and Apple Carplay/Android Auto as standard.

I've also noticed some cars on Carsales advertised as MY16's not having these inclusions, just make sure that it has them when you inquire about the car. The previous models without these additions seem to sell for quite a few grand less, compared to the updated MY16 models.

Just wondering what running oil temps people have with their 1.8s. I've been getting around 105-107 degrees and i saw 109 the other day when it was 33degrees outside, was worried that was kinda high.

Also does anyone know what oil weights they use at the dealership? Is it 5W-30 or 0W-40?

Generally 5w-30 that meets VW504.00 oil spec.

That temp is within the normal range.
