So im getting stuck on investigation into intercooling, because on days at 20'C+ the turbo isn't running at full potential due to the pressured air being too hot, it also has no pressure relief valve will this become a problem when I do a remap?
So I just want to ask, has/does any one have any knowledge they can spare regarding this kind of work?
The way the 1.2t (CBZ-B) is now... stock, it isn't really designed to be pushed or driven heavy footed I plan on changing that
Also I have gone ahead and put a catch can on mine and it is running a lot cleaner and I'm not burning engine oil, I pulled the stock plastic inlet plumbing out of the car and I just smelt like engine oil and had lining of oil grime in it. if you find your burning oil id get on that!
Cheers in advance !
Fit water injection which will do a much more effective job than any intercooler.
As for tunes, DNA Tuning do a tune for the 77TSI and theres plenty of people on here running that tune.
