Bit too bland for my liking, it lacks the more aggresive visual contrast that the white has. Demo I drove was silver, nice but like I said, too plain for me...

My previous car was a black Citroen C4 (looked great clean but hard to keep clean), so I've gone totally opposite to a white car. I tend to agree with Gav, white has that certain, je ne sais qua![]()

Hi. I'm new here. I signed a contract today for a Polo TSI Comfortline manual, flash red, sports pack, panoramic sunroof, tinted front windows to match the sports pack rear tints, car mats and slim line plates - $25k driveaway. The sun roof means that delivery won't be until the end of the year but told the dealer to make delivery early next year so I'll get a 2012 plated car instead. I know that's a ridiculous wait time but I'm in no rush to get it.
I originally went to Camberwell VW and they refused to budge on the base model Polo TSI comfortline manual ($23,500 approx driveaway - can't remember exact price), so all the extras I got today at another dealer sounded like a great deal, so I signed up.
I managed to get my 2010 flash red Polo 66TDI comfortline manual during a two day 'demonstrator' sale event in December with Austral VW for $24,653 driveaway with full set of floor mats included. Being a 'demo' car meant nothing, since it had only 13kms on it and hadn't even had it's plates fitted, which also meant no waiting time at allI thought it was a pretty good deal, pretty decent customer service there too.
I kinda wish I could have gotten a TSI (still on green P plates til the end of the year) but the TDI still packs enough of a punch and I'm loving not having to fill up as much as I used to with a petrol car![]()

Hello forum, I have been quoted;
$32,500 for a pepper gray 77TSi DSG - comfort and sports pack, alarm, radio and Bluetooth MDI, leatherette.
Not sure if that includes mats, would need tinting too and maybe roof spoiler.
If I could get it all fir $32K drive away I'd be happy.
Pricey mate, I payed $33,420 plus on roads for a GTI with comfort an audio packs and the Bi-Xenons in a 5 door!
