    1.2 TSi sale price advice

Selling our people mover and the polo to get a 4x4 - I know I know.

What would someone think a polo TSi DSG 1.2 with comfort pack would go for?
It's got the VW dealer fit rns510 and proper VW Bluetooth.
    Plus I added platinum lights.

    Km are 14,000
It's a 2011 model bought may last year.

Was thinking private sale would fetch 23-24 ??

    Cheers

    Doubt it

Redbook is putting a Comfortline DSG at $17k - $19k in private sale.
    Manual $15k - $17k

Options aint worth much. Just help in saleability

Yeah, i would have said you would be lucky to get around the $18K mark, expect around $15K trade in I would think....

The 1.2 TSI isn't as rare a beast as the GTI and the wait times are far lower so the demand just wouldn't be there....

Just got $14250 for my 2010 77tsi comfort line w/rcd510... They said I could have gotten 16k but four new tyres, two decent dents, new rear badges and new front brakes brought it down...

I'm confused....do you mean old tyres, two dents and worn badges and worn front brakes?

With a trade-in I did back at the start of the month, I got $19k for my 66TDI DSG, but that was because it had only done 1, 600km and was only 6 months old. The salesman actually gave $1000 more than what redbook said at max value. And my car only had sports pack as an option. IMO I think you could advertise it at $18 990 and then drop to $17 490 or something like that if you get no response. Good luck.
