It is the genuine VW service manual, just an online version. Great value for money. Took me 2 hours one day to sit down and print about 25% (all I needed) of the available info to a PDF writer (so I can print multiple copies as needed).
Of course you could spend hours printing all the info; gearbox rebuilds, full panel replacement, block rebuild, blah, blah.
It can be a bit difficult to navigate first time, but all the info is there.
I would recommend spending the 4 Euros first for 1 hours access and get used to using it/make sure you like the lay out. You should also get a PDF prinetr application like Cute PDF to allow you to 'print' a PDF file copy. That way you only need to print on paper what you are actually going to use.
I have tried the Elsawin DVDs and 2 problems arise...1)they only work on some versions of MS 2) they are never entirely up to date with revised info/part numbers.....
