Haha, getting back to that debate.
Its a combination of driver, traction, power etc. I think power more dictates the fastest car, as it will eventually get traction. Im sure more powerfully cars that struggle for staction are a lot quicker over 1000m and longer distances
Look at most of the stuff on the streets overseas, most of the fast cars use rolling starts
Maybe i should bring my car to you to take down the quarter

My car would not start properly this mornng, and when driving, it kept on cutting out.
Thought I had damaged something....turned out that the inlet pipe, just after the MAF, had come off....Need to tighten this !
Polo 9n3 GTI
Just received my redline MTL and Mobil 1 ESP synethic oils. I was going to change the oils today, but then realise I didn't have a 17mm hex socket. A lazy Friday it is!
Got my bluetooth OBDII adaptor so that I could watch what is going on in the brains of the little Polo. Quite surprised to see boost peak at 30.6 psi! Mind you this was second gear so I am going for a bit of a run tomorrow to do some more "testing"
Scrubbed in my new semi-slicks and rebedded my brake pads on the 6R Polo cruise (upholding the honour of the 9N3's )
Found a screw in one of my daily drive tyres when refitting them after the cruise
