Yeah it was a bit of a gamble to be honest. If worst comes to absolute worst ill sell them or go s2000 Polo guards

I guess you could get them machined down a few mm's although would love to see the s2000 guards!

The Ground Control camber plates I got were for a MkIV Golf so they sit up about 20mm higher than stock (up in the little dome at the top of the strut towers). Additionally, I previously had the struts mounted 20mm lower with spacer plates so overall, there was a 40mm drop so the struts were extended.

It cost a lot since there was a lot of work involved (plus I had Whiteline Anti-Roll bars and Eddy's subframe spacers installed) so I hope it makes a noticable difference on track. Surprisingly, the camber plates aren't noticeably harsher than the original strut tops.

Most of us wish we could get our cars 40mm lower. Any pics of them installed and the camber greg ?
