The Ground Control camber plates I got were for a MkIV Golf so they sit up about 20mm higher than stock (up in the little dome at the top of the strut towers). Additionally, I previously had the struts mounted 20mm lower with spacer plates so overall, there was a 40mm drop so the struts were extended.
It cost a lot since there was a lot of work involved (plus I had Whiteline Anti-Roll bars and Eddy's subframe spacers installed) so I hope it makes a noticable difference on track. Surprisingly, the camber plates aren't noticeably harsher than the original strut tops.
