Put my swaybars back in, front on soft, rear on med.
Had one of those moments this afternoon where it all felt comfortable, complaint and fast.
It's good to enjoy driving the Polo again...

Does anyone know where to get a bit that will undo this sucker?
Four of these hold the rails on the front seats.
Tried bunnings, they had 1 piece that looked like it might fit, but it came in a kit with 50 other pieces, and was $75!
