Got my PLX Kiwi Wifi today, so I will download the app tonight to my iPad, and have a play with it tomorrow.
As I am looking now, I have to wash about 3000km of road grime, dirt and bugs off my car!!

"If can't get behind your troops, feel free to stand in front of them..."
Tire rack has a good price on 17" ultraleggeras so that's the plan, just need to save to cash.
I finally ordered my Stage 3+ clutch & flywheel setup.
Does buying a 2008 Polo GTI count? Not today mind you, but last Friday.
Tonight I was going to have a crack at installing the parts I've already bought (Stubby antenna, Dash Cubby, Honeycomb Grills, Audi TT pedals [Also a Single Din tray for later on with a new headunit]) but it's bloody freezing in Melbourne tonight, and sure enough, it's raining too.
NB, can anyone link me some information on changing over the front grills and the pedals? I've been searching for an hour now for the pedals and found nothing, so I'm really hoping that means it's simple. Have yet to start searching for a how to on the Grills yet though*.
*Found the thread for them, and looks simple enough to do. Now to just wait for daylight...

Welcome mate. Side grills pop out, center section can be a pain. Can cut it out as no need to go back and not really worth anything.
Welcome aboard - you're off to a flying start!
We really need to get this Melbourne Polo (all models) group going. There's a Vic cruise coming up, early next month, where we may be able to get things organised. Interested in joining in?
Most likely yes. After I get these minor things changed over, next up on my cards is a new headunit (hence having the single din slot ready) and whilst I have that removed, hopefully look into running a usb/power cable from the 12V upto the dash cubby, to provide power directly to my GPS, as I quickly found that the cigarette lighter one is getting in the way of 5th gear...
After that, get used to the current power and feel of the car, and then investigate a tune and Seat intake and BMC filter. If I can track down an intake that is.
2008 Polo GTI, lower honeycomb grills, PD160.
Welcome Warfuric. Never heard of the TT pedal swap. What's the go? Better looking pedals?
