The brakes on the polo were crap - at least i know now that IF i ever need the car to stop hard, its going to stop and keep me safe. In the past two weeks I've had a few close calls all due to other peoples idiotic choices they make whilst driving. I had a guy slam his brakes on at 60 in the rain to miss a plastic bag! Thankfully i kept a safe distance due to the rain but i still needed to brake hard. Hence the upgrade, its not all about racing and driving fast.

Its all good I haven't posted in a while cos I haven't done anything to the car. I'm always a bit apprehensive posting because of people commenting why I modify my polo.

They from Fuzion's GTI? Look good, but better on my car (although mine were ex from Pierre as well).

Polo std brakes are fine until hot, they do take a bit of squeeze to get them to bite hard.

Has Bruno sold his Polo? Assuming you know him...
