Finally fitted the solid rear lower control arm bushes last night. after struggling to install the first one last night was a breeze (40min). when for a drive and wheels feel more stable underload inthe corners.

Replaced the battery. What a pr!ck of a thing that plastic cage is to get out!
Mine's been turning over a bit slowly for a month or so, but it spat the dummy and didn't want to fire at all this morning. The cage thing has 3 clips down low that are a pain to get to. Big flat head screw driver is a help. Also battery is a standard DIN 53 size I think. I picked up a Century from supercheap.
Edit: theres a bracket with one bolt at the front of the battery which holds it down (figured out after several puzzled minutes trying to wriggle it out)

Changed the gearbox oil over to Redline MTL and then swapped in a new fuel filter yesterday.
Both were surprisingly easy... even if the gearbox plugs were particularly hard to get out (stupidly tight)
