What did you do to your Polo today?

Yeah I had the same thing once - drove for ages before getting it fixed (lazy......). Had no ill effect on the car.

The o2 sensors are there to help the car adjust a/f ratio as you are driving, having them not working will just mean the car will run a bit richer (therefore using more fuel) and maybe a dirty rear bar, lol.

Took the car into the dealer as I was driving past .... I already had run VChecker and determined the fault code - P041??(can't remember all the numbers) - Secondary Air Injection System - Incorrect Flow Detected

Anyway, the service guys just shrug their shoulders, plugged into the car, cleared the code and told me to book it in to have it checked if it does it again. Asked them what the code/fault was ... the "kid" tells me "just some 'thing' that comes up now and then" ... gotta love their ability to communicate

And the dealer wonders why I don't get them to service it !

I'd be complaining to the dealer principle, that's terrible

Atleast I can tell you what the code was and we can start trying to fix the problem...

I finally installed the forge inter-cooler(fmic), I must say that It has taken away some of the boost though.

Have you had your ECU remapped to suit the addition of the intercooler ?

apr stage 1 v2, need dump pipe and stage 2 than I think it will come good.
