Had the brake fluid (Martini) and the control arm bushes done by Jimmy today.

Booked in for a wheel alignment on Tuesday, then she's all done. The end of the mod's for me!

Ok heres how my thursday night turned out.

Went late night shopping whilst using my dads old A4. When i got home i decided to adjust the headlights because I couldn't see anything at night. Went for a test drive BAM! Misfire. Great. Everyone is closed tomorrow..., just my luck.

Later i was invited to go late night fishing near gladesville, nice and close. Took the good ol' POG out [ sat around 2 weeks from dead battery ] and heard an unusually loud noise whilst reversing out the driveway. went for a small road test. still there. drove to gladesville [10min] noise still there. Fished away think what that sound may be. Got back into the car, started her up BAAAARRRRRRPPPPP!!!! and a woft of exhaust fume bellowed from under the car. NOO!!! failed downpipe/exhaust
Limped home, No Boost = No Fun

All this before good friday.... Happy safe Easter everyone

does APR have a 12 month warranty on their downpipes?

Welcome to the dark side. When you get over the power, you can start looking at how to make the car stick.

Def the downpipe? Sounds very odd, could it be the flange to the turbo Jmac keeps seeing come loose?

Feels better, haven't really given it much though. Taking it easy while these tyres are still new and pre wheel alignment.

Speaking of that bigger fish, it will be in my driveway next week

No boost?? Sounds like a failed turbo/exhaust manifold gasket...
