Went for a bit of a fang up to Cairns for the weekend...Had a good chance to open it up a bit, but the rain and standing water left things a little bit treacherous in some places....

Fitted my ebay diverter valve. I'm actually very impressed with the quality and price (ended up costing just under $70 brand new from an Aus seller).
No more boost leaks, it fits perfectly, and looks stock as well. Can't really ask for more than that.

Well the box was labelled 'Max Power' which I had a good chuckle at.
The storefront is called 'Performance Car Parts Australia' and this is the exact valve used:

The part is essentially a Forge copy, not quite as solid as a genuine Forge item but still well made, much better than the stock valve, and around 1/3 the price of a genuine Forge item.

Looks ok, as long as the seals dont cr@p out after a week.
What are the different springs rated to?

Installed the Pioneer F900BT on Sunday. Was really impressed with the adapters that I bought from liquidice on ebay, factory fit on them. The DIN facia I had the same problem as everyone else, the unit sits a little bit out and then the facia has to sit 2mm out. Has anyone found a way to fix that? I was thinking of cutting the inside surround a little to hopefully get a flatter fit?
Also managed to break the cup holder went in, and doesn't come back out anymore has anyone managed to fix this without a trip to the dealer?
Installed OEM VW Sharan Aerial from Ebay.
Sits a little proud of the base, i'll find a small rubber washer to fill the gap.
reception seems fine and looks good. Makes the stock aerial look massive.
