The Pog's computer is able to learn on the fly.
I personally like to turn the flash back to stock, then back to the APR tune when I have done new mods. Also disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes will help the car unlearn a little info.
There are 2 versions of the APR stage 1, V1 is more linear with more power higher in the revs where as the V2 has the power coming on earlier.
I think GTIDave was bringing in the Seat intake for someone soon if you wanted to PM him, alternately dubbadiction lists the part on his website.

I have a shed load of parts on order from forge - intercooler, TIP, diverter valve and strut brace. Which should arrive in the next few weeks.
I have been enjoying my new suspension (H&R with Bilstien B8's, whiteline sways and seat bushes). If you can keep the inputs smooth it is amazing, particularly on good tarmac. I have been thinking of getting one of those camber/castor kit things.
Got my front bushes replaced today. Steering feels more firmer and smoother when driving. Still am getting a knocking noise at low speeds even with ford mondeo drop links fitted
