If you have the V2, you will likely be very aware of the torque lump that comes on somewhere near 3000rpm. the Seat 160 intake is a good supporting mod to help your new found power by letting the car breathe a little more easily. Pod setup is a good alternative (cheaper, similar results from what I've read). The intake hose is expensive for what it is, but having to import anything from the UK is expensive...

    Enjoy!
Hmm, I am unsure about it being V2? But yes, it gets a little crazy after 3000rpm! Would it has been better to have then intake fitted before the tune but?

i dont think so, truthfully i doubt the intake would do much without the tune anyway.

The Pog's computer is able to learn on the fly.

I personally like to turn the flash back to stock, then back to the APR tune when I have done new mods. Also disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes will help the car unlearn a little info.

There are 2 versions of the APR stage 1, V1 is more linear with more power higher in the revs where as the V2 has the power coming on earlier.

I think GTIDave was bringing in the Seat intake for someone soon if you wanted to PM him, alternately dubbadiction lists the part on his website.

Took my pog to Jimmy's last night

All going well new swaybar links and s3 front brake upgrade should be going on. (If we can find a silly bloody brake spring!)

my little blue pog seems to have taken on a name - blue meanie

I have a shed load of parts on order from forge - intercooler, TIP, diverter valve and strut brace. Which should arrive in the next few weeks.

I have been enjoying my new suspension (H&R with Bilstien B8's, whiteline sways and seat bushes). If you can keep the inputs smooth it is amazing, particularly on good tarmac. I have been thinking of getting one of those camber/castor kit things.

Got my front bushes replaced today. Steering feels more firmer and smoother when driving. Still am getting a knocking noise at low speeds even with ford mondeo drop links fitted

Have you replaced your bushes as well?

Also, did you fit the drop links while the car was on the ground, as fitting them with the car raised will cause them to not sit properly.
