Fitted to the car the little alloy VW caps on the tire valves, and VW seat belt shoulder cushions.

Figure ive picked up about 15-20bhp.

fixed a puncture in one of the tyres

did an oil change and flogged the guts out of it.

to do list: take out the front struts and re-assemble.

new stance.

GOD i HATE doing front suspension on a Polo.... Give me a mk1 any day of the week.

If you are not lowered, then the stock ones or Mondeo ones are the way to go.

I've got a set of Mondeo ones lying around if you want them.

They are ever so slightly different to the stock ones, but fit perfectly. For $10 for 4, who cares
