Hi Mike
Yes very excited - suspension should sharpen things up. I have found the stock handling to be bit underwhelming
I have to say that I am jealous of the Victorians - it would be great to meet a few more pog drivers from our forum

This was after FMIC install? Sounds like the crash bar has moved.
When it goes back on, if you guide the sides in close, they fall in groves pretty easily. I fought it the wrong way and got no where, remove it fully and ensure the sides glide into the connections and it all lines up well.

Definitely have more boost now, looks like one of my connections was not tight enough. As the silicone hoses soften with the heat, was probably a good thing I got around to this and clamped it all up tight.
Got dyno'ed for the first time today...Not that impressed with it, but 37C ambient temp and 100C intake temp gave me a reading of 115KW ATW... Not that good next to the 3 APR Stage 3 Audi S3's that all got over 250KW ATW...

fitted the SEAT intake today. also cut the plastic flap off the intake (the inside of the first part of the stock intake) to allow more airflow.
just realised the SEAT intake is twice the side of the stock POG's.

Yeah, it is. Guy was there at the dyno day, and another ex Polo owner was there to, and they both said this happens on hot days due to the heat soak. I was expecting it to be down, so **** happens really. It has been discussed in a couple of threads before.
I had the car checked for fault codes, and nothing came up. I will start looking at an intercooler closely in the near future.
