yeah it shares other suspension parts and springs with other vag vehicles, my suspension in particular were a mixture seat ibiza parts and i think mark 4 golf parts if memory serves correctly. try emailing orange tuning, they might be able to supply the springs for you, there prices are very competitive and they might be able to answer some questions.

    Here you go : http://www.orange-tuning.de/shop/pol...mm-p-9458.html

Interestingly they have kept the same price since I bought mine at the start of the year. With the good value in the dollar at the moment I doubt you will find these any cheaper than these guys.

    Cheers

post away if you like jimmy , i probably wont take any till this weekend. unfortuantly i cant find any good places up here on the coast to take some good shots (not industrial enough )....... guess i could drive out to melany for some landscape shots ,but thats to much effort , ill take some boring drab street shots to show ride height till i find somewhere interesting. oh and my forge front and rear strit braces arrived today.............might fit them this weekend.

completed the first half of the forge rear strut brace (delining the boot carpet and trimings ) and instaling the bolts in the wheel mounts. the strut brace itself is a pain in the a$$ , the strut bar is made of a very soft alloy meaning if your not carfull youll thread the cr@p out of them, nearly done it twice now. ill have a second attempt tomorrow if my patience holds out.

cheers thanx mate , no doubt you sore the lovly gutter rash too, just my luck i live in an 80yo house where by the driveway on both edges is so steep that if i come in on the wrong angle it scrapes the cr@p out of them. all that is on that one wheel believe it or not is from one slip . not happy jan! she handles like a go cart now. might install the forge struts this weekend, though i think i might keep the settings a lil soft , dont wanna screw around with the settings she on atm to much, i like the way she feels.

I had the APR V.2 ECU upgrade done today, it's AWESOME !!! everyone was right, it's a complete different car. Also had the Dogbone insert replaced with the APR one. All done by Volkspower in Burwood (VIC), they are great.

APR is having a 15% for this month, so if you are thinking of getting any APR upgrades, don't miss out. Had the ECU upgrade done for $1400
