I just ordered some reading light and number plate globes, but I forgot about the sunvisor mirror globes!

For the reading lights I did a forum search. They're T10 wedge globes. To remove them you first have to remove the peice behind the light assy (factory handsfree kit). It is very tight so be forceful. Once this is removed repeat the process with the light assy. Replace the lights and refit.

For the mirror globes insert a small flat blade screwdriver into the inside of the cover (side that faces the middle of the car. LHS for drivers, RHS for passenger). There is a metal clip that needs to be pushed in then that side will slide down (with a bit of persuasion). Replace the globe (39mm festoon which is very hard to find, I used 36mm festoon and bent the terminals accordingly) and refit the assy.

Light replacement took about 10 mins total, about the same time as the B pillar install.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks for that. I'm a little impatient sometimes and have had issues purchasing LED's of EBay before so I went to my local Jaycar and purchased the 36mm ones for $9.95ea. 4 superbright LED's and they light up everything nicely
    Cheers,

    Last saturday I ...

... bought "The Mistress" as my wife likes to call my Pogo ... a little shiny bawble:

And when Jimmy gets a break ... it'll go nicely behind the new honeycomb lower grills coming from Adam on the west coast.

Well, I fist went for a drive to blow out the cob webs and blow off the dust as I have been stuck on a Navy ship for the last week(The Pussers can have that ****, I hate not having solid ground beneath my feet, no matter how big the ship is!!), and I picked up my Forge TIP and Intercooler pipe from the post office. I added the Intercooler pipe this arvo, and will throw the TIP at the engine over the weekend....I'm still swaying from that ****ing ship!!!

I installed my Forge TIP today...

This is the new Intercooler to Throttle Body hose that I got with the TIP...

Before the epic voyage into annoyance...

I then removed the engine cover, strut brace, and air intake box...While I was at it, I gave my K&N filter a good clean.

I disconnected all the ancillaries off the stock TIP, then pulled the top part out.
Then remove the allen head screw(5mm)that holds the lower metal part of the TIP on the Turbo. This is on the right side of the TIP. this will loosen the Tip so you can pull it out of the Turbo.
Also Remove the allen head bolt that holds the heater coolant line. This will allow you to fully remove the old TIP, and give you more room when you install the new one.

    Old and new TIP's...

The lot goes back together in the reverse of how it came apart. Remember to put some soapy water on the inside edge of the turbo flange on the TIP...This helps the TIP slide onto the Turbo.
The TIP really needs to be persuaded. I begged with it, asked it politely, offered it drinks, then threatened violence on it before I could get it to fit, but I got it!!

The rest goes together easily, but I couldn't get my engine cover to go back on.
