The intercooler isn't that big. It's 600x200. I would have bought the 500x200 but had to wait an extra week.

The intercooler is bolted to the bottom of the crash bar. It is a perfect fit. It should occupy most of the lower air intake real estate.
I wil run a 3in CAI. I wanted to use the original intake space for it but the intercooler piping stopped that. I will feed it down to just above the fog light. Worried about water being sucked up.

Thanks mate. The PWR intercoolers are great value for money. Piping size is 2.5 inch both sides.
