Something with the links on opposing sides is all you need, usually about $30 from ebay.

Standard length. I have some short (around 10-15cm ones) that are too short for my setup with the Whiteline FSB kicking around some place if you want them...
Hard to say, my ride is firm, but not as bad as it was with the AP coilies and Whiteline control arm bushes.
I think it helps get power down, but an LSD would be a lot better (and a lot more expensive)
I have tried three sets of front sway bar links on my car now. The stock ones, the Mondeo ones, and the FK ones that came supplied with the coil overs (these are the ones that flogged out). Now that the coil overs are fitted, both the stock ones and the Mondeo ones are too long, and I will have to source some other FK ones or adjustable ones to fit.
