What did you do to your Polo today?

hey guys,

Three years ago when I had my last polo (before it caught fire :mad:) I had a dump pipe installed by Seb @ European Automotive with an APR tune & Seat intake.

I cannot remember the exact size but I can say it made a massive difference it how it pulled all the way to red line - it just roared.

It sounded SO much better do - turbo spool was so much more noticable.

Got new plates today, Euro style, looks much better i think!

Also my Milltek TBE is 2.5 i believe. Sounds unreal at higher revs but not too much different from standard with not giving it the beans. No drone, its awesome. Not worth the money though but ive always wanted noise from my car. Speaking of i really need to get around to installing my BMC OTA airbox.

Kang, my new plates arrived today as well! Mine aren't the euro sort though, I went personalised, pics tomorrow when it's light :D :D :D

there really isnt any extra noise since it was only a DP and better cat. the noise is a little louder but its not loud enough for any sound clips :(

Once the intercooler goes in, ill come down and show u ;)

hahaha sorry to scare you - as far as I am concerned it is completely unrelated. The car caught fire 20 mins after I picked it up from VW after the had installed a new gearbox.

I would definately look at getting a dump pipe again!

I'm here slowly pottering along. My money is divided between car/bikes/cameras so things happen gradually. Need to sort brakes in the near future and will then be looking to exhaust/FMIC hopefully.

Short clip of my Milltek Full Exhaust. Sorry couldnt rev it anymore (this was only to about 3-4k RPM) but neighbour was outside gardening and didnt want to look like a tool. Haha.
