I'm glad I bought it still under warranty!

Took it in to the dealer for the day, results were:
* Rattle in rear right hand side
- needs new sway bar link - on order
* Drivers seat belt height adjuster jammed
- adjuster lug out of alignment - fixed
* Steering column adjuster jammed
- jammed column clamp - lubricated and fixed
* Rear fog light not working
- magically works now (WTF?)
* Hatch keylock not working
- sticky mechanism - lubricated and fixed
* Cruise control lamp not working
- signal fault found in dash module - new dash on order
I hope they don't replace the dash just to find out it wasn't a feature in this model anyway. Maybe they'll put a MFD in ... I wish
* Cup holder spring broken
- forgot to tell them about it
While they were at it, they found a problem with a wiring loom that causes the oil lamp to flash sometimes when the engine starts. I thought it was just building up oil pressure at startup. New harness on order.
Engine bay has been steam cleaned, and it all looks shiny and new now!
Got a quote to get the paintwork professionally buffed. The guy I was referred to reckons he can get 95% of the scratches out.
