Hmm didnt really notice that much difference, I think the polo turns in quite well standard.
At the moment it is on the middle setting, need to go to the hardest maybe. I had a whiteline swaybar on my VR6, it was great, night and day difference, but then again, the VR6 is very heavy in the front and hard to get it to turn in

Both of my cars have had KW's
Put a new battery in after the car failed to start... Getting the cage on top of the battery off was a nightmare!!!
Doesnt give you much warning hey. Anyway did you reset your Auto window function?? and if it feels a bit queer the throttle body can be upset after the battery change, it should be re- adapted, but should right itself over around 5 driving days as the Ecu is adaptive

Nice. Got a sound clip of the exhaust?
Just finished installing the forge short shifter - I ordered one off ebay before the group buy :(
Installation is a PITA with the battery/airbox in the way but it can be done! I had to yank at the stock shifter for quite a long time to get it to come loose...battery makes it hard because you don't really have much room to play with but in the end only took me about an hour.
I have the 42dd bushes as well but I did not drill them to fit the pin, I just used some lithium grease and the bush slot on quite snugly...I reckon the two surfaces should wear down over time and move quite freely after a while so no worries there.
I have the shifter on the shortest setting and boy, massive difference to stock! Shifting literally feels like a nice well oiled bolt action rifle...the shifts really bang into place with minimal arm movement required...the 2nd-3rd and 3rd to 4th shifts are super fast and super solid!
Just take your time installing it and you should be ok.
