Not sure exactly what numbers everyone needs, but here's what's on my dead turbo:
On blue label (visible in pic above with the triangle logo on the left hand side):
5304 950 00 01
L J 50160101
Forged into the turbo intake shaft:
5304 101 6066
If anyone needs any further details from this turbo just let me know and I'll see what I can get.
Cheers mate
Locked myself out of my APR tune on the stock tune, and now can't unlock it... Other than that, I just washed the car...

Bought myself a 9N3 Polo S2000 1:43 model on Ebay .... now waiting for its delivery. I am still disappointed there has never been a GTI released
Put my Polo GTI onto Carsales.com.au and a For Sale thread on these forums. Have a Golf R arriving next month and need to make room in my garage. I'll be a little sad to see her go, especially after how well she came up in the photos (in the thread).
Put my little car in for its first service today. Also took the mechanic for a spin up the road to hopefully fix the fscking loud rattle from the boot area that's been there since new.
MY11 Skoda Octavia vRS wagon 147TSI DSG
Dropped my car in for a 75k service. Hopefully find the knock in my front left suspension and get that sorted before I drive down to Canberra for my new life. Strut top bearing got replaced a while ago, so I think it may be a lower ball joint, or the strut itself.
I'm now running around on a diesel Jetta for the day. Nice car, but I hate the auto box.
While I was in at VW, I saw a mk6 1.4TSI getting a heart transplant. Low compression. Apparently it had eaten a ring.

Found the knock... My after market sway bar links...

I drove my Polo to the post office and pick up my new AP coilovers that just arrived from Awesome GTI in UK. Now the wait to get them installed
