Cheap, Fast, Reliable. Choose two.
Went to O'briens Windscreens and got the small bullseye repaired which was right in my line of sight......... $129.00........
They're allowed to fix windscreen damage which is directly in front of the driver now? When'd that change?
(or is that just some QLD thing? hehe)
Blitzen is correct in saying about a 70/30 recirc/atmo and it doesn't produce any fault codes. I will say that I did have trouble with the splitter cutting the vacumn hose, so beware of that. Check it every now and then and you should be fine. I fixed mine by raising the bov with a cable tie.
Now running APR R1 DV!
O'briens Windscreen technician warned that the bullseye might enlarge.........
it did and therefore the repair is a ilttle larger than it started out, but from inside looking out it is better than it was prior to repair.
O'briens Windscreens told me it will not crack at the repair and if the screen does crack they will refund the $129.00...
Yep another bill to pay Shannons Car Insurance.... gotta have though![]()
