Yeah I guess but it still sucks though.
I think what you will find is that they need ADR approval to be legal. This doesnt mean the imported ones arent compliant. Just that they arent actually complied. (tested) So yeah.. as youre saying you may be paying a lot more for exactly the same product. Unfortunately compliancing costs generally arent cheap and need to be recouped somehow.

Replaced both my strut top mounts and bearings, and replaced my APR dog bone bush. A big thanks to Steve (Kadena) for his tools and help, and also a thank you to Guy Harding for the technical support this week.
"If can't get behind your troops, feel free to stand in front of them..."
That's pretty amazing. Any explanation from Guy?
Yeah, I sent it back to him and he had a failure analysis done on it. The manufacturer stated that it was a failure caused by the mixing of the chemicals to make it... Just one of those things...

Paid it off!
Had my rear shock mounts replaced in my Polo GTI so the cabin is now completely "creak" and rattle free.
Now I just need a spare weekend to do a thorough paint cleaning/polish/waxing and then put it on the market and sell it (have a Golf R on order).
Oh man i wish mine was rattle free!
I installed a Forge DV today that i got off the forums (w/ yellow spring). Wow the car is so much smoother now, though i did smell something burning a little that got me worried. But it was probably the fact that i drove the car hard in excitement after fitting the Forge DV. Haha.
