down the straights there wasn't much in it with any cars including a f360, even if it did take 9 laps to overtake i dont know how it would have the same speed as a F360 on the straightQuote:

That sucks! Not sure if you can claim any of the costs from the RTA given it was due to debris...
Not a great way to start, but a good reason to get cool wheels / tyres...
You can claim against the RTA or councils if there is something wrong with the road (pot holes, road work where they've left gravel all over the place etc), but I'm not sure you could claim against them when someone has lost part of their load and you've run into it. It does suck though, sorry to hear you had these troubles.

i hate the number if pricks out there who cant seem to secure their loads. and who pays for it? the person who their crap flies into.
To me its the same thing as an person falling on a sidewalk due to a stuffed paver or fallen tree branch - the council is liable?
