I have spent the last few weeks going around to trimmers to see who can stitch in a new panel where the Renault lettering is. Most want around $400 for the two seats and most cant match to the exact color.
So still kind of scratching my head as 1. dont want to get ripped off, 2. dont want someone to cheap and 3. want someone who i can trust.
Hopefully i find someone soon

So why not just have them cover the Renault over with what monogram you prefer?
Seats look good in the car (minus the renault bit), the laser cut out is awesome. although, is it only 1 dimensional? No ribs/supports?
Hmm they are 5K seats, don't really want to stick a huge monogram on the headrest part
Less is more as they say

Yes, trimming is a labour-intensive, expensive job. At least Recaros are reasonably clever seats to work on.
The leather patches on the tops of your cushion wings aren't original, and nobody noticed - I'd be doing the same for the headrest panel. One square of leather (or vinyl, whichever matches best) and you're away. Back-sewn in properly and she'll be right!
Cheap, Fast, Reliable. Choose two.
