Basically E85 has been heralded as the miracle fuel. All the Internationl drift and time attack cars are moving to it but it's only good for forced induction. You only need to at least double your current injector rate, get a serious pump set up (I would go with a small surge tank for your insane track work mate) and tune. Now if you only use the fuel occasionally you probably wont need to go to a teflon lines but its a good idea. May seem like a bit of effort and spent but bang for buck this upgrade will net you the biggest gain over anything. And best of all its rated as safe as Methonal and safer than Avgas and 110 octane race fuel for engine detonation protection. And out performs them all in terms of power increase.
We are not talking 10-20 atwkw increase either it's more like 40-60 depending on set up of a 4 banger. And best of all you can get it at the pump at some Caltex and ELF servos and the number is set to rise and it's cheap as.
