THS Seat sport intercooler install pics

I installed the THS intercooler yesterday.
Install was pretty quick, about 4-5 hours work.

If you are going down this path make sure you have a Dremel.
The intercooler fits in front of the air conditioning condensor with about 1-1.5 mm clearance.
The Seat brackats make it a perfect fit.

The pipework that I listed in this link fits easily:

    EDIT:
I have included some links with the parts that I bought to make it easy for others.

    Picture of the virgin car

This is a picture of the Map sensor flange weldedd onto the alloy pipe

This is a picture of the intercooler size difference

    Intercooler bolted in

Car stripped down without the inercooler. Note the plastic in front of the radiator missing in the previous image.

    Crash bar installed

Pipework installed. Note thickness of core. Note the MIKALOR Stainless Super Heavy Duty Hose Clamps.
Super heavy duty. Definately recommend these.

In terms of performance, the car feels more crisp, sort of like driving on a cool night. More responsive.
I could not feel any difference in lag, if anything response has increased. I think this will become more pronounced
    with the Frankenturbo installed.

Hope the pics help anyone thinking of going down this path.

    Cheers.
