GTI mesh grille for lower section.

I saw on vagparts that there is the GTI mesh grille for the lower section of the 6N2 Polo's.. Does this fit the 9N model?

This question keeps arising. If you know a plastics extrusion factory owner ... reckon there'd be a worldwide market for these for the 9N Pogo.

i agree - if you guys do get it made then im sure that me and a few other South Africans would arrange for a group buy - in fact im sure the accessory shops here would give a constant order to be able to stock those - since VW south africa sells around 2000+ polos per month total (not all gti's obviously) - but im sure that the guys with the 1.4's would give their left nuts to get these to accessorise their rides too

Hmm, I might contact OSIR Design in HK, I know they do a bit of custom work - problem is none of the styling companies think that people will spend the money.

Perhaps if we could get an idea of the number of people interested it might help persuade them.

molds cost a lot to make, there would have to be a serious market for the grills.

Is it available anywhere? I've tried to find it, closest I got was a sticker for the boot that says 'Cup Edition' lol.
