    supersprint exhaust

Anyone have experience with the Italian made Supersprint exhausts. Their NA stuff looks pretty good but their dump pipes for our polo look like sprung conical fit joints at the actual dump.

I had one years back on a mk1 GTI and another on my mk3 16V. Both were fantastic. Just systems though, the manifolds are just as well made.

    Personally I'd have one made.

I'm looking at purchasing the whole exhaust including manifold. Pricing direct from Supersprint including shipping was not as bad as I thought!

Spoke to the rep. They do 2.5in only and use HJS 200 cell cats. I've seen dump + cat and decat front pipes from OS shops for reasonable prices but they are vey expensive sourced locally. I can see how their socket coupling would pivot laterally but not sure if it would be as good as a braided flex joint when the motor compresses back into the exhaust.
