pretty sure most people who have done the exhaust are using a single outlet - I certainly will be when I make a new exhaust...
I've decided to go straight to a stage 2 Revo tune on my car as I already have an FMIC, SEAT intake with BMC filter and a few other supporting mods done.
For an exhaust, instead of just doing the usual Milltek option, I wanted to be different and just run a single 4" tip out the back, maybe even in titanium.
The Polo WRC car runs single outlet.
Thinking a Magnaflow hi flow cat with a Magnaflow muffler down the back with the 4" tip. System would be 2.5".
Anyone else gone single outlet on here?

not really, I don't like them loud, and not keen on the milo tin look. I'll just get a resonator and a good flowing muffler and stick with whatever size outlet that has
3 inch TBE with 3 inch dump on mine
Magnaflow rear muffler and mid resonator, magnaflow cat
Too loud imo
On my to revisit list one day

Mods: heaps
Hi Matt
I have the REVO 2 tune. Custom CAI, THS FMIC and dump with Miltech with a sports muffler single 2.5 outlet that keeps it subtle.
It did have a cannon but drone was horrible. Too loud as well.
I recently had the air charge delete and surprised how much better the fuel usage is.
Cheers Al
Hi Al,
How does it go with stage 2? At this stage I'll be going Magnaflow cat & muffler with a 4" titanium tip.
Any exhaust that is 2.5" or more will handle getting rid of the exhaust from a stage 2 type tune - as long as the cat is a 100-200 cell and it's a straight through muffler you'll be fine. If you don't care about loud, go for a 3" system and it'll serve you for any future performance mods you can dream up
If you talk to people and they say "oh, you need so much backpressure and blah blah", they have no idea what they're talking about. Backpressure is always evil, blown and NA motors have an ideal size exhaust to promote scavenging, turbo motors would prefer no exhaust at all
If it doesn't cost much more, might as well go 3".
Not sure I'll be going any further than stage 2 (famous last words).
