You're all wrong !! ..they're samari sword holders.

It was an inside joke planted by VW engineers - their way of poking fun at ricey blow-off valves and cough and splatter (laggy) turbos. true !!

I put my carpark exit tickets in there for easy access as security chases me out for having too much fun on a wet floor.

Fire sprinklers + painted carpark floor.... its just too tempting.

It's a casino card holder!! makes it handy for people to put their favourite casino card in for that quick and smooth transition between the holder and the parking machine...

Slightly different from the old topic but after all these years has anybody found something useful to do with the ticket holder?

Store tickets! I love it, I have a bad habit of forgetting where my ticket is between getting into the car and the carpark exit, and when i enter a carpark i have a place to put it until I park the car. But I don't leave it there unattended as it would invite idiots / tightasses to break into your car just to get your ticket.

A second cupholder to me would be useless considering the one on the other side is known to break easily, and you have two in the centre console next to you anyway (admittedly which aren't the best either!)

I use it every time I go to the shopping centre/ gym carpark. Ticket doesnt really stick out that much and any I strongly doubt that any boofhead walking past would actually figure out that that's what it was and break my window for it.

The funny thing is the amount of comments i get about that ticket holder when mates/missus come with me to the shopping centre. I always get "Oh no sh*t, thats what that thing does! What a good idea!"
