This is the best picture i have of the front grill.
but you see the red line pretty good but if you want i can make a better and closer picture of it.

That's a very nice job mate! That's also a mother of a chunk of alloy you've got there.

    thanks

it took me about 2 hours only adjusting the bloody red line.
but it was well worth the effort!

The intercooler is from a Seat Ibiza cupra 1.9TDi with 160Hp.
and it will be installed this saturday.

Get the part number and give it a go.

Golfloon gets Seat stuff through a contact in the UK. Try him. Bear in mind the cost of a Forge or other FMIC kit. Forge is about 13-1400.

since today me and a friend have installed the cupra FMIC,
it's not that hard to fit it in a Polo
result looks great and the only hard thing about it was to cut away a bit of plastic on the bumper etc.
but it's not that much and in about 2 - 3 hours it was all fixed.
i have pictures on my cellphone but that thing died an hour ago so ya'll have to wait for pictures till monday or so

and if you have the ordernumber you can order it by a local VW dealer normally.

    Good news.

Did you have someone fabricate all the interconnects, or are they available from Seat / Vag?
