If you're referring to intake section from front of car to airbox then dont waste the bucks on a PD160. There might be a PD160 seat intake in the parts for sale section though.Just de flap the throat section that clicks into the mouth pictured in post #53 and then run some generic pipe between that and the airbox. If you run oversized pipe to the airbox you can even do away with the throat and just cram the pipe into the back of the mouth part. You can get the convoluted air intake pipe from autobahn, supercheap etc. It'll do the exact same as the PD160 intake. Only difference is it wont look OEM.
If you are referring to the turbo intake pipe (TIP) bit then for sure a bigger TIP is well worth it. Again there is a very good one for sale in the parts for sale section. Do both of those and bung a stage 1 tune in it and it'll rip.
