my boss just got his car serviced at GC dealer.
car got scratched. they denied it. still fighting though

i had many problems with the same dealer too.
most ridicuous one is,
they decided to throw the speaker mount in the bin coz they ran out of time!
this is the quality of the service im getting from my dealer.

Jesus...Thats utterly mind blowing. Like I keep saying, VW make a great product, but have sh*thouse customer service.

How did your boss find out about the speaker mount?
