Washers under the cap heads?
I'd stick another fastener (bolt/nut) in the middle of the RHS seat bracket, just to be sure.
Once you have driven with a proper race seat and harness you won't ever want to go back to an OEM seat and lap sash. Definitely faster as you won't have to hold yourself upright, plus you will be far better able to feel what the car is doing under you. The bonus is you won''t feel so worn out at the end of the day as driving will only involve arms and legs, not using the body core.
