I currently own a '07 GTI. Sadly it has become a little small for me so I just upgraded to a new Tiguan.
I was seriously thinking about upgrading to the new GTI since it now offers DSG and a much more frugal 1.4TSI twincharged engine.
I love the new interior too. It also now comes with Sat Nav and climate control. What a car this is going to be.
I hope I will have as much fun in the new Tiguan.
Love to get my new Tiggie chipped. I can already see my dealer's face we he finds out. LOL
i was seriously thinking of a tiggy in future to, but im not sure how they handle the off road situations, i realise there not cape york material, but id be interested to hear how they go with easy to moderate off road.
I upgraded from a 06 GTI to a new Tiguan ..... 2.0T (with all its potential) and AWD. It solves all the issues I had with the GTI for me.
Big Plus .... in a manual its only about $7K more than a Polo GTI and with 200+kw will have any similarly powered Golf or Polo GTI for breakfast off the line .....
Its like a WRX but with class & style ......
