I've got Rhino on my car and they are just about always on the car. Carry bikes and canoes in summer. I've got photo's with the kayaks on to see what they look like. I can send them via email, PM me.

    They are about $300.

I had the towbar installed, and have a Gripsport carrier, Grip Sport - Australia's first and only Specialist Bicycle Engineers
this I leave attached to the VW towbar which I just slide out to remove when not using it. that way I have nothing on the back of the car when not using. This bikecarrier, once the bike(s) are off and the hook bar is angled down, allows you to open your boot as well, which is handy as I MTB ride and have a fair bit of gear I take around with me, pumps, tools etc.
Be aware you can't (shouldn't) exceed 50kgs down force on your towbar on the Polo, so two bikes and a carrier pretty much come to that limit! (unless its a downhill bike or two and then your in trouble!)
I find this setup works fantastically for me! Its totally stable, easy fitting on and off (5mins) and all the parts just slide off and go in the boot so with a padlock and security chain on the rack to the car, its all pretty safe not to go walkies while your out riding!
