Rear speakers in a 5 door (or lack there of!)

Why dont you upgrade the fronts, and get the doors sound deadened

Rear speakers are only used for fill, I cant even hear my rear ones, but i know there are there lol

The more good things I discover about my new found polo, a find an equal amount of disappointment. I know these are entry level VW's but no rear speakers? Really?
Can someone please give me the inside line on some questions =
1. Is there wiring already in the door for them? If not -
2. Is the R200 headunit capable of running rear speakers?
3. Can you purchase rear speakers from VW? (I am aware there are other options)
4. Was there ever any form of factory audio upgrade offered? (Pacific models come with rear speakers and tweeters mounted mid door)

I know that there are any number of aftermarket options available but I bought this car as young and as low Km as possible so that I wouldn't have to work on it. With that in mind, I don't want to have to rewire/install a whole new system. I really just want to have some sound from the rear so it sounds like the quality car it is and not a ute.

Any answers to my questions would be most appreciated

I think I layed out what I wanted from this thread quite clearly and accurately.
For those that are interested in my questions, the answers are as follows =
1. There is no wiring for rear speakers what so ever in a 9N3, non-pacific, 5 door, polo.
2. The 5 door head unit is the most basic on offer - Balance but no fade - i.e. no seperate channels on offer for rear speakers. No MP3. No nothing
3. You can purchase rear speakers seperately (presumably pacific replacement) or you can get an entire retrofit kit but I was told that I would have a price and details ASAP and still haven't heard anything even after contacting them several times over 2 weeks = never going to happen
4. AS ABOVE.

In summary = Do what ever aftermarket fitting you want to do, or live with it. Shut thread.
