Rear hatch lock assembly

Hey guys. I got a bit of a favour to ask. If anyone has those VW DVD things for our car, or if they mind removing the plastic on the inside of the hatch to show the lock assembly, could you give me a bit of info?

Ever since I had electrical problems earlier last year, my rear hatch can't be opened unless I use the actual key I'm having a look at it now and just trying to get an idea of where it is going wrong. If someone could take some photos of theirs and post them up, I want to see if I'm missing any components.

floody i dont have the diagram but mine did the same thing and from memory was a faulty solenoid that was replaced under warranty
