Rear fog lights in the morning

hi all,

My Polo GTI's rear fog light turns itself on in the morning when I first start the car, even though the light switch is in the "off" position. if I engage the parkers the headlights, the rear fog lights would go off. This would go away after about 30 minutes of driving. It doesn't happen at night when I start my car up in the car park.

Has anyone had that? How should I fix it? Thanks....

Difficult to see that happening. Unless it's got some dodgy wiring

I agree its hard to say without seeing it, however ive changed a central elctrics module for something very similar on a 9n1 Polo. Have it scanned and check ECU number 9
