    Rattling noise at the back

    Hi,

I still couldnt find what cause this rattling noise at the back, really got me moody all day. I've tried removing the rear seats, spare wheel and tools but still couldnt solve this issue. Do you find the same problem on your ride as well?

I had a rattle in the back too, took it back to the dealer, and got some suspension mount replaced...then it was gone, for a few months, and now its back again... I think I'll just leave it, it's not bothering me too much now...

Look in the boot, look in the spare wheel well, sometimes the tools become loose and rattle around in the spare wheel.

LOL.... I had the exact same problem my friend and i shall tell you exactly what it is.

On the inside wall of the boot, aka the bumper wall of the spare tyre well,, there are a series of hard black ventilation flaps which flap against the metal when the car idles and the pressure is slightly unequal within the cars cabin... it is much more noticeble with the rear parcel shelf out of the car. these little finger like flaps tap tap tap away you can feel them just open the boot and look down the inside wall sort of behind your number plate but further up on the inside
